Jessica Lim, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

Jessica holds a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from The Wright Institute, Berkeley. Her clinical experience includes working with elementary-aged students, teens, adults, couples, and parents. Jessica also provides counseling support for executive functioning skills and cultural identity exploration. Jessica brings her unique background to EBMC, previously having worked in branding and marketing as a creative director and entrepreneur. Her passion includes providing a therapeutic approach that is warm, mindfulness-informed, and solution-focused. Jessica utilizes evidence-based interventions, an attachment-based lens, and multi-disciplinary models to empower clients to experience peace and growth in their daily lives.
