East Bay Mindfulness Center (EBMC) is staffed by well-trained and caring registered associate marriage and family therapists and trainees who deliver mindfulness-based healing methods under the supervision of licensed and seasoned mindfulness-based psychologists.  At the heart of this work is learning the modes of the mind that tend to correlate with distress. By changing your relationship to these modes of operating, relating and responding, you can become mindful, self-empowered, self-aware, conscious toward others, and — ultimately — content and free from dis-ease.

To meet the full breadth of your needs, we also engage with a network of independent contractors who are licensed therapists with specialties in addiction/recovery, assessment, and placement services.
