Stephanie Lamond, Counseling Graduate
Stephanie is a musician, writer, counselor, and coach whose work centers around creativity, grief, identity, meaning-making, and life transitions. After spending the first chapter of her career immersed in the music industry and creative work up and down the California coast, she now practices between San Diego and the San Francisco Bay Area through the East Bay Mindfulness Center, integrating existential, narrative, somatic, creative, and mindfulness-based approaches. Steph has supported bereavement and end-of-life work through Hospice of the North Coast’s Hope Bereavement Center and advocates for music industry mental health through Backline. Alongside her practice, Steph creates story-driven folk music as Lucky Lamond, drawing from Irish storytelling and grief traditions to explore memory, belonging, and the human experience. When she's not counseling or creating, you can find her out in the wild via truck or motorcycle with her family and pup.
