YOUNG ADULT GROUP

So technically you’re an adult. Now what?

Are you frustrated with next steps attaining adult stability and sustainability? Do you know things need to change in your life, but aren’t sure how to take first steps? This group is for young adults to share those experiences in a safe and supportive environment.  Understanding that you are not alone is the first step to normalize all the challenges that you're coming up against.

Topics and Activities Include:

  • Mindfulness

  • Learning to give and receive feedback effectively

  • Managing reactivity

  • Task management

  • Learning key principles from current psychotherapy modalities

Weekly In-Person Meetings

Meet your facilitator

Jonathan Packman works with adults, couples, families, and children between the ages of 5-18. Therapy is different for every individual. His approach to supporting adolescents is to develop a safe space that’s free of expectations. He works from a strength-based and client-centered approach to counseling, which includes narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy and motivational interviewing.
