So technically you’re an adult. Now what?
Are you frustrated with next steps attaining adult stability and sustainability? Do you know things need to change in your life, but aren’t sure how to take first steps? This group is for young adults to share those experiences in a safe and supportive environment. Understanding that you are not alone is the first step to normalize all the challenges that you're coming up against.
Topics and Activities Include:
Mindfulness
Learning to give and receive feedback effectively
Managing reactivity
Task management
Learning key principles from current psychotherapy modalities
Weekly Telehealth (Zoom) Meetings
Fridays 12:00-1:00 PM
$110 per session

Milan has a Master of Science degree in counseling psychology and is dually licensed as a Marriage, Family and Child Therapist, and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. He has over 20 years of experience working in both private practice and as a counselor in the public and private schools. In addition to EBMC, Milan is a counselor and coordinator of student support at Ecole Bilingue of Berkeley and has a Pupil Personnel Services Credential in school counseling. He is also fluent in French. Milan integrates multiple psychotherapeutic theories into his counseling and was certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy through Dr. David Burns at Stanford University and the Feeling Good Institute. In his freet ime, Milan enjoys spending time with his family – his wife and two sons. Milan is also an ultra-endurance tri-athlete and an avid surfer.
