Dr. James Bramson, CEO and Co-Director
Dr. James H. Bramson has had a bifurcated practice in organizational consulting and psychotherapy for nearly 25 years. He has studied Business, Economics, Labor & Industrial Relations, and Organizational Development while an undergraduate student at Michigan State University and a graduate student at the University of Chicago. Dr. Bramson also studied International Business Law at Erasmus University (Holland). Dr. Bramson is a licensed Clinical Psychologist and is co-founder and co-director of EBMC, Psychology, Inc. He has expertise in human behavior, organizational psychology, forensic psychology, and neuropsychology. He is the co-founder and director of EBMC- Organizational Solutions. He believes in helping leaders, employees, and organizations reach their potential. It is his mission to humanize the workplace. And to make work a meaningful, enjoyable, challenging, and rewarding place for all. He believes strongly in the applied knowledge of self-leadership.
Dr. Bramson has done consulting for Fortune 500 and 250 companies. He has lead trainings and workshops in the technology, biotechnology, health sciences, academic, government, police, fire, and energy sectors. He has done research and consulting projects for the University of California - San Francisco, Berkeley, and San Diego campuses. In addition, he has worked as a program manager for an EAP company, Health and Human Resource Center (Integrated Insights). Dr. Bramson co-founded and co-directed an organizational consulting business - Consulting Solutions. In addition, he was an adjunct Professor for Alliant International University (San Diego) graduate program in Organizational Development. His expertise is wide ranging and includes executive coaching, strategic planning, team building, strategic marketing, entrepreneurship, career assessments and coaching, mediation/conflict resolution, change management, fitness for duty evolutions, 360 degree wrap around assessments, hiring screening, worker retention, employee motivation, and best practice strategies for cutting edge organizations.
