Join us in a safe, supportive & non-judgmental environment where you can rediscover your voice, connect more deeply with your core values, strengthen healthy boundaries and trust your intuition. Supported by the facilitator’s integrated model of theory, science, and social research as well as the collective wisdom of group members,, you will learn strategies for self-care and coping with stress/anxiety/depression.

Meet your facilitators

Ginny Deegan, AMFT

Ginny holds a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from The Wright Institute in Berkeley. Ginny has a decade of experience caring for clients through food and brings the same nurturing spirit to her counseling clients. She enjoys working with adults, families, and children of all ages and has advanced training in TraumaPlay, a play therapy model for treating trauma developed by Paris Goodyear-Brown. Ginny has a solution-focused approach that is relational and warm, and she enjoys incorporating art into her sessions.


Lindsay Kittredge, PhD

Dr. Lindsay Kittredge is a licensed psychologist with a wide range of interests and clinical expertise. Over her career she has provided consultation, post-doctoral training, supervision and practiced in pediatric and adult psychology, neuropsychology and as a clinician with families, couples and individuals with a wide range of concerns including trauma. Dr. Kittredge has been a passionate advocate of psychological and neuropsychological assessments, particularly for neurocognitive disorders such as ADHD. As a therapist Dr. Kittredge is warm, genuine and reassuring offering a wholistic approach to therapy that is collaborative, integrative and uses science to inform clinical work.
