MEN’S GROUP
In this Men’s Therapy Group, we will address life stressors, learn emotional management and support each other in finding deeper joy, while managing life challenges head on.
Men are fully capable of making meaningful connections and developing bonds with other men. This can be
difficult for all men and men who experience mental health challenges. Vulnerability, fear, shame and social
discomfort often underlie men's deeper hope for fulfillment in relationships with partners, kids, friends and in the
workplace. This group will help members face their inner struggles and turn them into inner and outer peace and
confidence. For some people these struggles started early in life, for others it may emerge after significant life
events like moving, changing jobs, the death of someone they love, or divorce/break-up.
Who should participate: Men 22+, any sexual orientation, who are ready to be honest with themselves and others, and develop meaningful connections. You should be ready to commit to at least 12 weeks of continuous participation, and be willing to experience the discomfort that arises in new situations.
