I hold a Masters degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from The California Institute of Integral Studies, San Francisco, and I have worked in educational, residential, home-based, and community-based organization settings throughout the Bay Area.
I enjoy working with clients from many backgrounds and cultures dealing with a wide range of issues. My areas of interest and experience include Trauma, Grief and Bereavement, Relationships including divorce/separation/co-parenting, Depression, Anxiety, ASD, ADHD, Learning Differences/Challenges, and Life Transitions.
My approach to therapy is compassionate and collaborative. I believe in the innate wisdom of each individual, and utilize an integrative and eclectic approach to promote self-awareness, healing, wholeness, connectedness and growth within each of my clients. I believe in the transformational process of therapy and I am dedicated to supporting each of my clients in reaching their unique goals. In a safe and supportive environment, we will explore whatever life challenges you, your child, relationship, or family may be experiencing, and find ways to increase inner resources and sense of well-being.
